LEHMO
Lehmo is one of Australia’s most experienced and well travelled comedians. Lehmo’s live work has seen him headline at comedy clubs for well over fifteen years and work all corners of the globe –USA, UK, Ireland, South Africa, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Thailand.
Lehmo has also become Australia’s number one ‘combat comic’, having completed seven ‘tours of duty’ performing for our troops abroad. These tours have seen Lehmo perform in army bases in East Timor, Iraq, Kuwait, UAE, Afghanistan, Egypt, Qatarand on a number of naval ships around the world.
Lehmo is also a regular on the festival circuit having performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival(1996 and 1997), the Adelaide Fringe Festival (2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 to 2011 and 2017) and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival(1998, 2002 to 2017).
Lehmo also once held the Guinness World Record for the most jokes told in an hour (549).
Most recently Lehmo hosted the successful Gold 104.3 breakfast showin Melbourne with Jo Stanley. They finished up at the station whilst they were the number 1 FM breakfast show in Melbourne. From 6am to 9am every weekday morning they kept Melbourne laughing (and sometimes crying) with their unique brand of humour.Prior to Gold 104.3 Lehmo was at Mix FM in Melbourne with Brigitte Duclos and the national drive show on Triple M with Wil Anderson.
Lehmo is currently a panelist on network 10 news comedy program The Project AND stars in the Logie winning and critically acclaimed Working Dog TV production Utopiawhich airs on the ABC and Netflix.Lehmo was also a host on the hugely popular AFL show Before The Gamewith Dave Hughes, Mick Molloy, Andy Maher and Neroli Meadows. Lehmo has also appeared on the following shows –Have You Been Paying Attention?, Hughesy We Have A Problem, Good News Week, Rove Live, Studio 10, The Circle, The Glasshouse, Stand Up Australia, 11am, Hey Hey It’s Saturday and Stand Up Live (UK tv).
Lehmo has also played cameos in two feature films, including the latest Working DogfilmAny Questions For Ben?,played a guest role on Neighbours (as himself) and has starred in a string of TV ads.
Lehmo is a regular contributor to a number of magazines and newspapers and has just penned his first book, a memoir titled This Shirt Won’t Iron Itself.
DAVE O’NEIL
Dave O’Neil has been in the business for over 20 years and is one of Australia’s most recognisable stand-up comics, having performed at 16 Melbourne International Comedy Festivals and clubs all over the country.
On screen Dave is Team Captain in the ABC TVcomedy quiz show Tractor Monkeys, as well as dishing out life advice in The Agony of the Mind, The Agony of Life, The Agony of Modern Manners, Can of Worms, plus messing about on Adam Hills In Gordon Street Tonight and Good News Week. He is probably most well-known for the honour of being the guest with the most appearances (over 50) on ABC TV’s ever popular Spicks & Specks.
Dave is a skilled radio broadcaster, workingon Nova 100(with Kate Langbroek and Dave Hughes), Vega 91.5/Classic Rock FM (with Sean Micallef, Denise Scott, Chrissie Swan and Ian ‘Dicko’ Dickson), and most recently on ABC Radio Melbourne.
He has written several books, including his latest The Summer of ’82, and Everything Tastes Better Crumbed… and Other BIG Statements. Dave has written and acted in filmsand sketch comedy shows, including starring alongside Eric Bana in ‘The Nugget’.
Dave’s observational humour and genuine humility has also made him a much sought after MC and corporate entertainer.
